The Wine Is Corked...*Gasp*
Imagine My Amazement As I Take a Perfect Bottle of Australian Pinot... Cellared for 5 Years As Recommended on the Bottle... Only To Find it Had Cork Taint... And Sadly Had To tip It Down The Drain.
How Could This Happen You Ask... Well In This Case It Was Bad Storage conditions... This Wine Was "cellared" In a Sence, But As My Friend Did NOt Realise the Importants of Storeing Wine Correctly... We Found Ourselfs Sober and Wineless!
So How Does Anyone Store Wine Correctly you May Ask!
Well its all to do with Temperature, Conditions, Security and Storage
How Could This Happen You Ask... Well In This Case It Was Bad Storage conditions... This Wine Was "cellared" In a Sence, But As My Friend Did NOt Realise the Importants of Storeing Wine Correctly... We Found Ourselfs Sober and Wineless!
